Studi Kasus terhadap Lomba Cerdas Cermat 4 Pilar MPR RI di Kalimantan Barat

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap dugaan abuse of power dalam penyelenggaraan Lomba Cerdas Cermat (LCC) 4 Pilar MPR RI di Kalimantan Barat dengan menganalisis proses penilaian, penggunaan kewenangan, pengambilan keputusan, penyelesaian kontroversi, dampaknya terhadap peserta dan legitimasi kompetisi, serta upaya perbaikan tata kelola dalam perspektif keislaman. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui analisis konten dan deskriptif naratif terhadap pemberitaan media, tayangan video, serta informasi relevan mengenai kontroversi penyelenggaraan lomba. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya indikasi ketidakobjektifan dan potensi penyimpangan kewenangan yang ditandai oleh ketidakkonsistenan penilaian, besarnya diskresi juri, lemahnya mekanisme verifikasi, dominasi otoritas dalam pengambilan keputusan, serta belum optimalnya mekanisme keberatan dan klarifikasi. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi merugikan peserta, melemahkan legitimasi hasil kompetisi, menurunkan kepercayaan publik, dan memengaruhi citra institusi penyelenggara. Perbaikan tata kelola perlu dilakukan melalui pedoman transparan, standar penilaian objektif, dokumentasi audiovisual, mekanisme banding independen, pemisahan fungsi, serta prinsip keadilan, amanah, tabayyun, dan kemaslahatan.
