Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi global, transformasi digital, serta tuntutan pembangunan berkelanjutan mendorong perlunya reformulasi kebijakan moneter syariah yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada stabilitas harga, tetapi juga pada inklusi keuangan dan kesejahteraan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model kerangka kerja kebijakan moneter syariah yang mampu mengintegrasikan stabilitas moneter, inklusi keuangan, dan keberlanjutan ekonomi dalam satu paradigma yang komprehensif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan melalui analisis berbagai literatur ilmiah, dokumen kebijakan, dan publikasi terkait ekonomi serta keuangan syariah. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan teknik content analysis dan sintesis konseptual untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antarkomponen kebijakan moneter syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paradigma kebijakan moneter syariah yang selama ini berfokus pada stabilitas makroekonomi perlu diperluas dengan memasukkan dimensi inklusi keuangan dan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan model Sustainable Islamic Monetary Framework (SIMF) yang menempatkan maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah sebagai landasan normatif dengan tiga pilar utama, yaitu stabilitas moneter, inklusi keuangan, dan keberlanjutan ekonomi. Model ini menawarkan pendekatan transformasional yang mengintegrasikan instrumen moneter syariah, keuangan sosial Islam, dan teknologi digital untuk mendukung sistem ekonomi yang lebih adil, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan.
